If you need to cancel or reschedule, providing more than 48 hours’ notice will allow your deposit to be held on file as a credit towards a future booking. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited as a cancellation fee and a 50% service charge.

 

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice will incur a charge of 100% of the remaining service balance, which will be processed using the card on file.
