Appointments can be booked online from Monday to Friday. Weekends are no longer offered. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times your deposit is forfeited and a new booking and deposit is required.
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. However, it is credited towards your service on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be held as a credit for a future booking.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited, plus a 50% service charge.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice will incur a charge of 100% of the remaining service balance, processed using the card on file.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. This allows time allocated for your appointment to be honoured fairly.
Pricing is a guide only and may vary on the day depending on hair length, thickness or any add-on services required. A finalised quote will always be confirmed before starting your service.
